Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return — except for customised spare parts, which are non-returnable (see details below).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging (where applicable), and with proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or cancellations for the following:

  • Gundam spare parts and other items that are custom cut from runners
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Why? Our Gundam spare parts are individually cut from full runners based on your request. As such, they are considered customised items under UK Consumer Law and are exempt from standard return and cancellation rights. Please ensure part codes are correct before ordering.

If you believe you received an incorrect or faulty part, please contact us — we will replace or refund such cases promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to make a new purchase after your return is accepted (if applicable). For customised items, exchanges are not offered.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return standard merchandise within 14 days of receipt — no reason required. This right does not apply to customised items such as cut spare parts, as permitted under EU law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
