Shipping Information
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the selected delivery option. If your order is placed before 7PM it will usually be posted or with the courier the next day. Orders made after this time will be posted a day later.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs for the selected carrier options.
We always make sure our customers will receive the products in perfect condition, so shipping package boxes and extra wrapping always used, so your items are well-protected.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to refund shipping costs for orders that are returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, as these charges are incurred once the parcel is dispatched and are non-refundable by the carrier.
Please note that carriers do not provide compensation for lost parcels resulting from address errors provided by the customer.
Shipping Within the UK
We offer shipping across the United Kingdom. All prices displayed on our website include VAT and applicable UK taxes. You will not be charged any additional tax at delivery.
Shipping Outside the UK (International Orders)
We do ship internationally to selected countries. However, please note the following important information:
- Shipping term is DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), we are not able to handle IOSS or PDDP shipping.
- Therefore Prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees for destinations outside the UK.
- Any such charges imposed by your local government are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or failure to pay import taxes.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing an order.
